This 6-week outdoor program is built to help adults and teens burn fat, boost stamina, and improve overall fitness through intentional, structured conditioning; not endless, mindless cardio.

Purpose-Driven Conditioning
Every session is designed with intention. We combine interval training, functional movement, and timed work periods to maximize fat loss while improving cardiovascular endurance.

Build Your Engine
We focus on increasing your stamina and work capacity over time, so you’re not out of breath doing the basics, and your body can handle more with less fatigue.

Progressive Intensity
As the weeks go on, your body adapts...so we turn it up. Duration, pace, and workload are gradually increased to keep you challenged and progressing without burnout.

WHAT IS THE WEEKLY TIME COMMITMENT?

Three days a week, 60 minutes a session.

I'M NOT IN SHAPE YET. CAN I DO THIS?

Absolutely. The Hayes Way is designed to build you up from wherever your starting line is. However the ability to walk and/or run a mile is suggested.

HOW ARE THE WORKOUTS SCALED?

Every movement has levels to it. I adjust the weight, reps, and difficulty based on where you are right now, but best believe, you’re still getting pushed.

DO I NEED SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT?

Yes, you need an exercise mat. We provide everything else required to execute the workout. Show up with the right mindset, and we supply the tools for your transformation.
